As part of our celebration, we’ll be launching a new Digital Technology Conference on the 28th October 2015. This launch will also coincide with the University’s employability week.
The conference, which will be attended by students, aims to present a range of technologies, commercial/work-based challenges and solutions, and the range of knowledge and professional skills that are needed by employers in the computing industry and digital knowledge economy.
There will be 18 speakers delivering talks on a range of areas from across the spectrum of Computing, including Cyber Crime, Memory Management, Entrepreneurship, Games Development and more. In addition to the talks, there will be competitions and opportunities for professional networking.
If you’re a current Staffordshire University student, or are in college and considering studying Computing at Staffordshire University then please come along. Staffordshire Graduates/Alumni working in the tech industry are also invited. Places are limited, so please reserve your ticket as soon as you can. Attendance if free!
The conference also provides a great opportunity for businesses to present their work, products and solutions that meet the needs of modern digital clients/customers & businesses, and how these were developed.
