The main output of the EPICC project is to develop a Gold Standard Matrix for spiritual care education for pre-registration nurses and midwives.  It is important that this Matrix is evidence based.  This new journal article, based on a large international sample, provides new evidence on how students develop spiritual care competency and the factors that contribute to that.  It would be great to hear your thoughts on how these findings might help to shape the Matrix.
