Stoke in Colour – Contrasts – Photo workshop

At the Art Stop, Church St, Stoke ST4 1BU

Come and work with photographers Tony Jones and Jenny Harper of the Photographers Collective North Staffs to create contrasting pairs of pictures of the Art Stop and its surroundings.

Art Stop photoBring a camera/phone if you have one – we have a small number for loan if you don’t. We will be able to print some of your pictures, and we hope to feature some of the images taken in a forthcoming Photographers Collective exhibition.

Staffs Fringe week 1 – what’s been happening?

Staffs Fringe Festival opened with a Big Lunch in Hanley Park.

We believe it is important to work with and support our local community partners.

We promote and contribute to many events including London Road Festival.

walking, writing & Raspberry Pi

Join us for a special Adult Learners Week event in partnership with London Rd Festival and Letting in the Light

We will start with a walk down London Rd in Stoke from Boothen Gardens ST4 4BX at 6.30pm with Dave Parkes. Using old maps, history and serendipity.

At 7pm take part in a Creative Writing workshop with Caroline Butterwick at the Art Stop in Stoke town ST4 1BU

 

Try your hand and brain at Raspberry Pi computing with Karl Gimblett at 7pm in the Art Stop.
