Dear Students,

On Tuesday 19th June, Staffordshire University will be the host venue of the West Midland’s ‘The Big Bang Fair’. We shall be welcoming lots of fantastic exhibitors, workshops and shows from across the nation in regards to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths).

In preparation for the event and the first one hosted at Staffordshire University, we require volunteers. The event is a massive one-day event and will be delivered on Leek Road Campus, utilising the Sports Hall and Leek Road Venue site. Students are kindly asked to volunteer for the event, which is looking to attract almost 4000 visitors!! Therefore, we need all hands on deck.

Volunteering is a great opportunity to support good causes, get valuable work experience and bolster your CV in preparation for employment. Employers love applicants who volunteer and show commitment to personal and professional development.
