Sandbach United Ladies Coach

Sandbach United Ladies have developed a reliable, strong side through playing in the Cheshire Women’s and Youth League. When the 2019/2020 season finished abruptly we were in a healthy position, 5 points clear at the top of our division. Awaiting a well deserved promotion, we are in need of an experienced coach to take us even further.

Recruitment last season was successful, now possessing more quality in the side than ever before but we’re continuously searching to improve our squad. Our club is developing a good reputation for the women’s game and are in need of a new coach to make Sandbach United Ladies even more desirable for potential new players.

The role of the Coach will consist of:
– Planning and delivering training sessions
– Player development
– Collaboration with other management staff
– Having a passion for the female game
– Assisting management staff on match day

We’re in search of an individual who can enthusiastically take on this role. Ideally, having experience coaching adult football, preferably women’s, and hold a FA Level 2 in Coaching badge or higher, however not compulsory.

The coach must be available for training and match days which are, Wednesday, 7:30pm-9:30pm and Sunday, 1pm meet for a 2pm kick off. Our facility is located in Sandbach (Sandbach Community Football Centre, CW11 3LZ), which hosts training and home matches but away matches are all across Cheshire.

This role is a voluntary position, however the club could support an individual through their next coaching badge e.g. FA Level 3 in Coaching in which terms can be discussed after agreement to fill this role.

The women’s game is rapidly growing and we need to follow suit. If you are interested in the role or require further information, please contact Dani Taylor at
