My name is Nic Gratton and I am the Lead for Civic Engagement and Evaluation at Staffordshire University.  I have extensive experience as a youth worker, community development worker, a freelance consultant and a senior lecturer.

In my current role I am leading on the Connected Communities Framework for Staffordshire University and am working with a number of organisations to embed participatory peer and community research into their practice and to create change at a local and policy level.
