This is an opportunity for students to embark on a 3-week programme to Nippon Sport Science University (NSSU), spending time integrated into the practical teaching sessions, Japanese lessons, and becoming immersed into all sporting activities at one of the best sports universities in Japan, let alone the world!

The trip is scheduled to run during Tokyo 2020 (end of July) and is available to any undergraduate sport and exercise students.

The NSSU Applications process is now….OPEN! You have until Friday the 6th of December to submit your application.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

This will help us (Sport and Exercise Team) to select those who we feel will most benefit and suit the NSSU exchange program. Of course, at this stage, please take time to consider your ability to commit to the exchange program.

 

To apply, you must provide…

  1. A two-page CV. (Please do not exceed two pages and state your: Name, Course, & Level in the CV).
  2. A one-page personal statement – you may wish to outline some of the following (although not limited to):
  • Why you would like to go?
  • What makes you suitable for the exchange program? (highlight the ‘what’ and provide examples of ‘when’ you have demonstrated this).
  • What you would gain from the exchange program? (professional, academic, and/or personal development).
