@Mindset is an EU-funded project to help develop training resources associated with managing diversity in classroom settings.
The project is focused on how the principles and approaches to diversity management can be transferred to education settings and help educators working across Europe improve how they work with students and staff from a range of diverse ethnic, lifestyle and cultural backgrounds.
Partners from Turkey, Greece, UK, Italy and Spain have been sharing experiences and issues associated with managing diversity across Europe. A course is being developed by the partners to help educators apply diversity management in the context of their teaching.
At the end of the project we will produce multi-lingual on-line courses and a toolkit designed to support managing classroom diversity in the classroom.
