The second in our series of workshops, this session will consider the sources of funding and income that can be available to social enterprises when looking to develop a sustainable social business. The workshop will also give you the opportunity to think about how you can develop a funding strategy for a business you may be thinking of developing.

The third in our series of workshops, this session will outline the different legal structures for a social enterprise and the legal requirements, benefits and restrictions of each of these. The workshop will also give you the opportunity to think about what the most appropriate legal structure is for a business you may be thinking of developing.

The fourth in the series, this workshop will look at market research and creating a solid plan to move your enterprise forward. It will include why a business plan is useful and the different ways it can be used as well as introducing a number of business plan models. This will be a great chance to think about how your enterprise will work if you have a clear idea of legal structure and income streams.

The Social Enterprise Showcase Event is an exciting day of stalls, talks and networking. With advice on funding and starting up a social enterprise, inspiration from successful social entrepreneurs, and a market place for social enterprises, the Showcase Event will bring together people from Staffordshire and beyond who are involved in making social enterprises happen.

You can either book your free place as a Stallholder if you wish to sell your products or showcase your services; otherwise please select General Admission. Stallholders are welcome to enjoy the interactive workshops and networking throughout the day.
