Invitation to the Be Reflective Launch Event and Residency Artist Network Meeting, 1-3PM, 27 JANUARY 2015, FLAXMAN FOYER, STAFFORDSHIRE UNIVERSITY
Be Reflective is a resource offering a framework to reflect on quality through all stages of an arts and health project. This special launch event and workshop will provide artists, arts workers and creative practitioners with an opportunity to learn more about the resource and think about how they can use it in their own settings. The result of a collaboration between Creative Health , The Cultural Sisters and bITjAM, the resource was shaped through consultation with over 400 artists across the West Midlands.
The event will be an opportunity to meet other Artists and find out more about the Residency Project, which is a European funded project exploring the use of Artist Residencies for Civic Engagement purposes. Be Reflective was used in the context of the UK Residency, and we will draw upon our experiences of using the Be Reflective framework, as well as providing opportunities to meet other people and talk about your professional needs.
