A great trainee artist opportunity! Residency Trainee Artist (Full-time, October 13th – December 5th 2014, plus 20 additional days to be agreed in 2015 / 37 hours per week/ £1440) This is a trainee artist position supporting a Spanish Artist to deliver a participatory arts Residency in 2 Care Settings in North Staffordshire. You will have the opportunity to support all aspects of the project and be part of a European project delivering creative work that gets people more involved in their communities. You will be part of an action learning set exploring how we support artists working in community settings and have opportunities to develop your skills in delivering participatory arts work. It is funded by the EU Lifelong Learning Programme. We are looking for someone who is a graduate or has equivalent experience and has an interest in working in communities and experience in the arts, in particular in photography or film.
