Why did you choose your subject/course?
I enjoy helping other people, and I am passionate in empowering women (which is all that midwifery is about)
Why did you choose Staffordshire University?
It is very good for healthcare, it’s not too far from home and it’s friendly.
What do you hope to do?
Become a midwife, whether that is working in a hospital or in the community.
One piece of advice you would give to prospective University students?
Research the course and make sure that the university teaches the course in the best way for YOU. There is no point going to an amazing university if the way they teach the course is shocking…so research.
An interesting fact about you?
I can speak 4 languages….English (Obviously!), Dutch, Twi and German. That means I can insult people in many different languages. I do want to learn more though.
Most treasured possession?
My Fujifilm Instax camera…It’s the cutest thing I own, and I got it as a present from my best friend.

TV: Gossip Girl hands down!!
Film: 21/22 Jump Street
Book: Death Note (manga) or the Noughts and Crosses Series
