Elizabeth Lloyd (Lizzy), Branch Manager
Meet our our fabulous Branch Manager Lizzy, who oversees the day-to-day operations of Unitemps Staffordshire University.
Lizzy develops relationships with clients and promotes student and graduate opportunities across Staffordshire University. She works with a range of candidates to help them find their dream roles.
In her spare time, you can find Lizzy watching dog videos and planning to rescue puppies when she wins the lottery for her own dog sanctuary. 🐶
Apart from her love of dogs 🐶, Lizzy enjoys shopping, disco dancing, working out, and spending time with friends and family. She’s been told her personality is like Maggie from Extras!
Amanda Luke, Business Engagement Development Advisor
Amanda works on the internal team and is responsible for the branches’ compliance, helping with the Unitemps disability desk, and internal recruitment for the university. She produces various facts and figures for our students and graduates, which helps with our future recruitment. 👩💻👩💼
Aside from being our data queen in her spare time, she is a biohacker and continually exploring avenues to enhance her health with the goal of reaching the impressive age of 💯. If anyone has any insight, she is welcome to any new tips and ideas.
Sam Jarvis, Employer Partnerships Development Officer
Sam assists companies in attracting the best and brightest talent from Staffordshire University. He helped numerous companies level up their talent as well as set the brightest students, graduates, and local professionals keen on a path to harness their potential through career-accelerating opportunities.
While crushing at work, he is a father to a toddler and a dog. He visits Chester Zoo with his daughter, and he cheers on his beloved Manchester United FC on the weekends. 🧸⚽️ He stays loyal to the Red Devils – even when their performance turns his hair grey!
Becky Boswell, Business Development Coordinator
She manages vital tasks of Unitemps from right-to-work checks to answering YOUR questions with pep and precision. Also, She is in charge of administrative monitoring and setting up support for students, concerning the Disability Support aspect of Unitemps.
Before joining the Unitemps Team, she was a Primary School Teacher for 6 years 👩🏫. Becky has a 4-year-old son and a Springer Spaniel called Jax, which feels like she is back in classroom with 30 children.
Jon Horton, Employer Partnerships Development Officer
He works with local and national employers to help find Staffordshire University Students and graduates👩🎓🧑🎓👨🎓 jobs and work placements. All of the Unitemps’ jobs are also open to everyone. It is a very satisfying feeling for him knowing he has helped someone get a job and develop their career.
He has such interesting stories and during one of his trips to Uganda, he pitched a tent on an ants’ nest. African ants have a real bite to them. He had the worst 3am wake-up call he has ever experienced.
Lady Lucy Knight, Administration of Unitemps
I’m Lucy Knight, I have worked in Unitemps for 2yrs on the Internal Team. I work 3 days a week, Monday – Wednesday. My main role is completing the invoicing every month to Student Finance, chasing unpaid invoices and general debt control. I also assist colleagues with authorising timesheets and general queries.
When she isn’t championing financial duties she invests her time in assisting colleagues with authorising timesheets and general queries. Her official title is “Lady”, which cost her £45.

Sharon Duckworth, Business Development Officer
Sharon looks after the Internal Recruitment and Disability Support here at Unitemps. When she’s not allocating mentors and tutors to help talents thrive in their studies, this rave queen rocks the Ibiza club🪩 circuit spreading infectious joy. 🥳 Although her gym membership gathers dust, she keeps her spirits fit with nonstop cheer power!
Philippa (Pip) Rowlands, Business Engagement Development Advisor!
Pip works on internal roles that are recruited through Unitemps, everything from hospitality staff to research assistants. Also, she is Unitemps’ payroll sorceress, working on them each month! and whenever she can she takes the time to support her colleagues here at Staffs.
Besides creating career opportunities she is a🏏 junior cricket coach to her son’s team. Pip is a true kitchen magician and makes the BEST brownies! 😋
Sam Ward, Business Engagement Administrator.
🙋 This admin extraordinaire manages job listings – booking candidates for open positions, setting up new job postings, and processing employees who leave.
But his REAL superpower? Sam channels coding sorcery helping develop games as part of a small studio in his spare time. 🎮
Tom Morris, Vacancy Coordinator
As a Vacancy Coordinator 🙋, he specializes in aligning aspiring students and graduates with businesses that address NetZero and digital requirements. Through meticulous matchmaking, he ensures the integration of talent into organizations, fostering a relationship that propels both the workforce and businesses towards sustainability and digital excellence.
In his spare time, Tom balances his role as a devoted father and tech enthusiast. He is really passionate about learning new things, which adds to the excitement of his journey.
Tselmeg Bat-Erdene, Brand Ambassador
I am a postgraduate (almost) of Staffordshire University and the brains behind the social media👩💻. My role involves creating social media content, keeping our digital platforms in shape, attending events and CV Clinics to engage students, plus promoting jobs. When not showcasing Unitemps, I’ll be around on campus helping out my team and my fellow students.
Besides my work at Unitemps, I just completed my Master’s degree 👩🎓 and fun fact, I am likely the only Mongolian student here at the Staffordshire University!
