EPICC Participants were the external experts for the project, comprising a group of nursing and midwifery educators from countries and higher education institutions across Europe.
EPICC Participants provided an intense programme of peer-support, mentorship and coaching.
This level of support built trust and respect, and prevented attrition in the project. It also ensured that the project maximised local and national impact.
